- You pay for the build. You own the build.
- No subscription websites: a monthly fee for a site you never own cannot be attributed to anything, and the day you stop paying, the business stops existing online. Maintenance is a different purchase, keeping a site you already own running, and it stops whenever you like.
- The accounts carry your name.
- Hosting, domain, analytics, ad accounts, the CRM, the social profiles: opened in your name, with us added as a manager you can remove in a click. Part ways and everything keeps working. An account you do not own is an account you cannot leave.
- The audit picks the platform, not our preference.
- A builder like Wix or Square, WordPress or Webflow, or a custom Next.js build: which fits is decided by your situation, and we say which we would pick and why before you commit. Our default for a custom site is Next.js, because the code is yours outright. A default, not a rule.
- Your team is in the room, and leaves with the knowledge.
- Done-with-you means your people learn the system while it is built, so it survives us. Keep us on or take it in house after training. Staying should be a choice you make because the work is worth it, never because leaving would cost you the engine.
