OUR APPROACHHOW WE USE AI
How We Use AI on This Site.
Most agencies use AI and say nothing about it. Here is exactly where it sits in our work: what stays ours, what the assistant does, and what we will never publish.
WHERE AI SITS
Our Thinking. Checked, Tightened and Watched.
OmniQode works with an AI assistant as a researcher, an editor and a fact checker, never as the source of what we say. Every position, price, story and refusal on this site came from us. The assistant keeps us concise, checks every outside claim against its source, and makes sure the whole site agrees with itself.
We write the copy on this site. An AI assistant gives us feedback and polish so we stay concise, stay on track, and answer every question we can. It is also our last line of defense on facts: it checks that everything we claim about the world outside our own company is what we say it is.
WHAT IS OURS
- Every position we take, and every one we refuse to
- Every price, and the reasoning behind it
- Every story, from work we actually did
- The decision about what is worth saying at all
- The last read, and the yes
WHAT THE ASSISTANT DOES
- Researches alongside us and finds the primary source
- Gives feedback that keeps us concise and on track
- Checks every outside claim against where it came from
- Reads every page against every other for contradictions
- Re-checks the live site each week and reports back
HOW A PAGE GETS MADE
The Loop Every Page Goes Round.
- OURS
- TOGETHER
- THE ASSISTANT
We decide what to say (Ours)
Every page starts as recorded interviews and written decisions: our positions, our prices, our stories, what we refuse to do. None of it originates with the assistant.
Research, alongside us (Together)
The assistant researches next to our team, finds the primary source behind a claim, and pushes what we meant further than we had taken it.
Write and tighten (Together)
The copy is worked until it says what we mean, with feedback that keeps us concise, on track, and answering the questions a reader actually has.
Fact check (The assistant)
Anything we claim about the world outside our own company is traced to the study or document that published it, and linked. If the original cannot be reached, the claim does not run.
Cross-check the whole site (The assistant)
Every page is read against every other for mistakes and contradictions: one price, one position, one mission, in every place it appears.
We approve (Ours)
A person reads it and says yes. Nothing is published unread, and plenty has been sent back.
Weekly watch (The assistant)
Once a week the assistant re-checks the live site: that every cited source still answers, that the pages still agree, that nothing has drifted. What it finds comes back to us, and the loop starts again.
THE LINE
What We Will Never Publish.
A tool that writes fluently makes these easier to do, which is exactly why they are written down.
An invented result, review or client.
If we cannot show it happened, it is not on the site. Testimonials are real or absent.
A number without its source.
Every third-party statistic links to the study that published it, not to a blog post repeating it.
Experience we do not have.
Where our delivery on a service is thin, the page says so and stays short.
Pages assembled from other people's articles.
If nothing in it is ours, it does not get published, however well it reads.
Anything a person has not read.
No page, email or post goes out on autopilot.
ON YOUR WORK
The Same Rules Apply to Yours.
We use professional AI tools on client work the way we use any professional software: under human direction, with human review, and with us standing behind the result. It is written into our service terms so there is never a question about it.
Your confidential information does not go into AI tools that train on what they are given. And when we build an AI system for you, we say plainly that it can be wrong, so a person on your side stays responsible for what it publishes or sends. What we build is yours, whatever tools helped build it.
QUESTIONS
What People Ask About AI and Us.
Does OmniQode use AI on its own website?
Yes, openly. What the site says is ours: every position, price and story came from us. An AI assistant works on it with us as a researcher, an editor and a fact checker, and a person approves every page before it is published.
Did AI decide your prices or your positions?
No. Those came from eight years of doing the work and from hours of recorded interviews. The assistant's part is to check that all nineteen service pages state them the same way.
How do you keep AI from making things up?
By never letting a claim rest on it. Anything we say about the world outside our own company has to trace to a primary source we can link, a person reads every page before it ships, and a weekly check confirms every cited source still answers.
Do you use AI on client work?
Yes, the way we use any professional tool: under human direction, with human review, and with us standing behind the result. We do not put a client's confidential information into AI tools that train on what they are given.
Google asks sites to say whether, how and why (opens in a new tab) automation was used in their content. This page is our answer. Last reviewed September 2026.
The rest of how we work, what you own when we part ways, and how we price live on the approach page. The standard the writing is held to, sourced numbers and no experience claims we cannot back, is the same one the content service sells.
