Privacy Policy

When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email, business name, the topics you select, and anything you write in the message. Our 60-second diagnostic runs in your browser and only reaches us if you choose to start the form with it. We also receive whatever you share when you email or call us.

Along with your message we record how you arrived (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you followed), so we know which of our efforts actually help people find us. Submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and emailed to us so we can reply. We keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address to block automated spam, never the address itself.

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referring links, and general device and browser information. For most visitors, including the United States, it runs by default and you can switch it off at any time with one click, using the banner or the controls under Your choices and rights below. For visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom, it stays in a restricted, cookieless mode until you choose Accept. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an automatic opt-out. We never use analytics to identify you personally.

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and a session replay of the visit, combined into heatmaps that show which parts of a page get attention. This helps us find confusing layouts and broken paths. Clarity masks text typed into form fields, and we never use it to identify you. It follows the same regional rule as analytics: on by default where the law works on an opt-out basis, off until you accept in the EU and UK, and always off when Global Privacy Control is on or after you opt out.

We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare for your free live look, deliver work you have asked for, and improve our site and services. We do not sell your personal information.

We do send a small number of one-to-one emails to businesses whose contact address is published on their own website or in a public business record, for ourselves and, under the same rules, for clients who hire us to. Every one of them carries a real name, our mailing address and a working unsubscribe link, and one reply or one click stops them for good. We never buy lists, and we never send marketing email to consumers who have not asked for it.

When you send an inquiry or book a call while analytics is active, we keep the anonymous analytics identifier alongside your inquiry. If that conversation becomes real work, we report that outcome to Google Analytics against the same identifier, so we can tell which of our pages and campaigns lead to actual clients. The report is the outcome only, never your name, email, or message, and if analytics was off or opted out when you wrote to us, there is no identifier and no report.

Essential cookies keep the site working. In most regions our analytics runs by default, and you can opt out at any time without losing any functionality; in opt-in regions such as the EU and UK, analytics cookies are set only after you accept. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

To be precise about the restricted mode: wherever analytics is not active, before an EU or UK visitor accepts, or after anyone opts out, Google Analytics sets no cookies and cannot identify you; at most it receives anonymous, cookieless signals. Opting out also stops Microsoft Clarity immediately and keeps it from loading on later visits. Ad-related signals stay off for everyone: we run no advertising trackers.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. These set no cookies and collect no personal information, so they run for everyone.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality, and only as needed. Today those are Supabase (database hosting), Resend (delivering your message to our inbox), Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data.

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations, then remove it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of analytics. Email hello@omniqode.com and we will take care of it.

To request deletion:email us from the address you used, or tell us the address you submitted, and write "delete my information." We will remove your submission from our database and confirm within 30 days. You do not need an account, and there is no cost. To switch analytics and session replay on or off, use the control below; it takes effect immediately.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
